SACRAMENTO, Calif., October 31, 2011 – Electro Scan Inc. announces its incorporation in the State of Delaware as an S Corporation, in preparation for targeted acquisitions in the U.S. sewer industry.
Plans to move the company’s operations were not disclosed.
